Joining the MCG

1. After being invited to join, the application is completed.
2. You must have 2 full MCG members to propose you to join.
3. Membership must be paid for the year. Subscriptions must be renewed by the end of the year for membership to continue.
4. The 2 Proposers will be contacted by the Club Secretary before the application is confirmed.
5. Although unlikely, the club reserves the right to refuse any application. If an application is refused, any fees paid for membership will be refunded. Kit Loan fees will not be refunded in such an instance.
6. Membership includes BCA Insurance – for details click here. BCA is mandatory for all MCG members, who do not already have it.
7. Keys and entry fob for the cottage are usually issued when you are accepted as a member and attend a weekend meet (the weekend of the first friday of each month). Keys are not posted.
8. If purchased, the electronic fob costs £6 and will allow access to the cottage for members and their guests.
9. If you paid a £15 kit hire fee, this will be deductable from your full memebership fee.

The annual cost is currently £72, but this is reduced if you join later in the year. Use the calculator below to check the fee that will be in your confirmation email.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with the amount to pay. We prefer payment by BACS to save the group transaction fees, but you can also pay at the cottage in Cash or by Card using the Sumup reader.
